Return or Exchange Policy

CEDEER Camo accepts eligible returns and size exchanges subject to the requirements outlined below. Please review this policy before sending merchandise back to us, as all returns and exchanges require prior authorization.

Return Eligibility and Time Limit

Products submitted for a refund or exchange must be shipped back within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”).

To qualify for a return or exchange, each product must:

• Be unused and in new condition.
• Have all original hang tags attached.
• Meet the requirements of this policy.
• Be returned using the instructions provided with the RA Number.

Underwear is not eligible for return or exchange.

Obtaining an RA Number does not waive the eligibility requirements described in this policy. Returned merchandise remains subject to inspection to confirm its condition and eligibility.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for eligible merchandise purchased directly through the CEDEER Camo website. Merchandise purchased from another retailer or third-party seller must be addressed through the original place of purchase and is subject to that seller’s return policy.

Once a return has been received, inspected, and approved, the applicable refund will be credited to the original credit or debit card used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Refunding the purchase price of eligible merchandise does not include reimbursement of the original shipping charge.

Exchanges for a Different Size

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for a different size of the same purchased item, subject to inventory availability when the exchange is processed at our warehouse. Availability at the time an exchange is requested does not guarantee that the requested size will remain available when processing occurs.

For an approved size exchange, CEDEER Camo will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Exchanges are limited to size changes. We do not offer direct exchanges for a different product, style, or colorway. If you would like a different item or colorway, please return the original merchandise for a refund, subject to this policy, and place a separate order for the desired product.

Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions

Before shipping any merchandise, request an RA Number and obtain the applicable return instructions from CEDEER Camo.

Clearly display your RA Number on the outside of the shipping box. Follow the return instructions provided, including the designated shipping address, to help ensure your package can be identified and processed correctly.

Send your return only to the address specified in your return authorization. Do not send merchandise to an office or another address unless that location is expressly identified in your return instructions.

Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return or exchange has been completed. These records may be needed to locate the package or confirm shipment within the required return period.
